Consultation Services

I work with high achievers who are driven to get the most out of life. I specialize in working with people who have all the elements that help them "get it all" but also experience a deep hollow feeling when it happens.

If that's you, I'm offering a limited consultation opportunity where we spend 1-12 sessions to identify the biggest elements keeping you from a meaningful life, and figure out what to do about it.

At that point we will both know whether it's time to part ways, or if an ongoing therapy relationship is the best fit for us both.

No obligation. No long term buy-in out the gate. Let's connect for a consultation and get you started.

Community Commitment

Are you looking for a therapist but you're struggling with your finances? I reserve a portion of my schedule for accessibility pricing to ensure my services reach people at different stages of their journey. I do this in partnership with the Hopewell Institute, and if you're interested in learning about these opportunities as they open up, then sign up for their email list.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you prescribe medication?

Our therapists are not psychiatrists and therefore we do not prescribe medication. However, in some cases medication can be valuable in combination with psychotherapy. If your therapist determines that you could benefit from meeting with a psychiatrist, we can assist with referring you to someone in our trusted network of referrals.

How long does therapy last?

There is no specific time frame when working on personal development and growth. Depending on the type of changes that you are looking to make and the variety of issues that you are attempting to work on, therapy can last from a few sessions to much longer. Some find therapy to be extremely beneficial and choose to make it a long-term process.

What can I expect to achieve in therapy?

There are many benefits to engaging in therapy. Some of these include: gaining a better understanding of oneself, figuring out life goals and prospects, improving personal relationships, developing coping skills, enhancing problem-solving abilities, making positive changes to problem behaviors, and boosting self-esteem. Your therapist will work with you throughout this process and offer new insight to an issue that you have been struggling with. The benefit that you obtain will ultimately depend on how committed you are to the treatment.

Why don't you accept insurance?

While it may seem counterintuitive, this actually allows us to provide you with a more confidential and personalized experience. When using insurance to pay for therapy, we are required to disclose your diagnosis and treatment notes to your insurance company in order to receive payment. This undermines the basic premise of therapy and also gives non-clinical staff access to private health information about you. This way we can provide our services to a wider range of clients, while also ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. For clients unable to afford our full fee, we offer a limited number of appointments at a reduced, sliding-scale rate. Our sliding scale is based on financial need and availability.
